While introducing you to our new Alumni and Development manager, I would like to use this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all of the ONs who have made my job so enjoyable over the past three years. It has been a real honour to re-connect with over 500 ONs, to share 80 updates from those who have very kindly responded to my requests for news and to host 12 school reunion events, including a special gathering for the official opening of our new Lynn James Pavilion. Whilst we still continue to fundraise, my thanks also to all who have already supported the campaign.

Our ON network is growing and our dream to stay connected with as many of our alumni as possible is becoming even more possible with the launch of our new alumni portal. I really hope that you register and use the new portal to re-connect with other ONs as well as your old school. As our plans gather momentum, Rebecca will focus specifically on Alumni and Development while I will continue to cover Marketing and Boarding. With an extra pair of hands, the school is looking forward very much to being able to hold more reunion events, including a big event in the summer now that the troubling Covid times are behind us, so keep your eyes peeled on the portal for more news!

Welcome to Rebecca

Hello! My name is Rebecca Roberts and I am delighted to be your Development and Alumni Manager. Prior to joining Haberdashers' Adams, I worked in marketing support roles before working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Telford. I am excited to combine my experiences in this role – especially working for a school for which I have had great respect over the years.

I can already sense how important the sense of belonging and community is here and I hope to help Old Novaportans stay in touch with the school and keep you updated with news and alumni events using the Alumni Portal.
