This is a new event and is for Lower 6th pupils to help them prepare for their post school lives. As part of the activity we will be offering all of the year group a one-to-one mock interview. This won’t be profession or job specific so if you are used to interviewing candidates, especially early years candidates, for roles we would love your assistance. We will provide examples questions or if you prefer you can use your own examples of behavioural style questions. Volunteers will conduct four interviews across the morning and will also be asked to provide feedback on the pupil’s interview and on their CV.

This volunteering opportunity is suitable for anyone who is used to conducting interviews, this could be you or alternatively you could see if someone else in your organisation or network would be able to assist.
