Being an Old Novaportan means you are part of the Adams’ Community — a network built on shared experiences and mutual support. Mentoring is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others working in your chosen field, exchange insights, and learn from one another.

If you’re willing and able, we invite you to register as a mentor so that fellow Old Novaportans can reach out for career advice on topics such as applications, progression, training or new opportunities. Please remember to keep your profile updated with your current career sector to help us match you effectively.

Our careers lead, Sonya Wilson, will also use this information to get in touch with alumni who might be willing to help with careers advice with school with our current students. We have an excellent programme of events to support our students and you can choose to take part in person or online depending on your availability.

Beyond mentoring Adams’ students, the Haberdashers recently launched 'Habs Aspire', a company-wide programme that pairs Year 12 students from across Haberdashers’ schools with mentors from a diverse range of professions and backgrounds. These virtual mentoring sessions offer a flexible way to provide guidance and support regardless of location.
